We must be informed in writing in the event that tour or travel services must be canceled for any reason, whether preventable or not.
The cancellation fee will take effect as soon as we receive written notice. The following would be the cancelation fees:
1.Date of booking to 30 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
2.30 to 20 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
3.20 to 10 days: 90% of the Land Package cost.
4.Less than 10 days: 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5.No show: 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

3.Balance 50% of the land package cost has to be cleared 20-30 days prior to travel date.
4.If a reservation is made less than 30 days before departure, the client must pay the entire reservation amount in two to three days.
1.Payment of the token amount is required at the time of booking.
2.25% of the Land package cost at the time of booking of Land Package or within 2-3 days.
3.The remaining 75% of the land package price must be paid 30 days before departure.
4.In case booking is made within 30 days of travel, the customer has to pay the full Amount of the Booking within 2-3 days.
1.Token Amount should be paid at the time of Booking and will be adjusted in the booking only.
2.No-Show There will be no refunds or tour rescheduling for the guests.
3.Natural disasters may force the cancellation or postponement of the tour.
4.Means Seat-In-Coach Basis, or SIC. If the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times change, drivers will let the guests know.
5.There won't be a replacement visitor if one doesn't show up by the scheduled time.
6.A guide will only be available for a select few tours and excursions.
7.Unless the Accounts team makes an exception, the booking money will be lost if a customer does not pay the remaining balance on the package.
8.The token sum cannot be refunded.
9.Bhubhraman shall not be liable for any delays, additional fees, or other consequences resulting from road blockages or strike action.
10.Airline ticket cancellations and modifications are not permitted unless otherwise noted at the time of issuing.
1.Please only bring what you need for your trip; carrying too much luggage could make things more difficult for you.
2.Always make sure your stuff is secure, especially in public spaces.
3.Throughout the journey, please make sure you have copies of your passports and, if applicable, your valid regular visas.
4.To allow your relatives to get in touch with you, kindly leave a copy of the confirmation voucher with them.
5.On flights, please do not bring liquids in your hand luggage.
6.Kindly exchange all of your Indian cash for the relevant foreign currency while you are still in India.
7.Please utilize the safe for all of your valuables and extra cash, either in your room or at the front desk of the hotel.
8.Wherever practical, please use sanitizers and masks. Please remember to include your Covid-19 double dose immunization certificate as well.
9.Upon check-in, hotels may request a security deposit. It could range from fifty to one hundred dollars. Please make sure you have adequate cash on you.
1.Domestic flight check-in opens two hours before the scheduled departure time.
2.For international flights, check-in opens three hours before the scheduled departure time.
3.Natural disasters may cause the cancellation or postponement of flights.
4.To board flights with applicable costs 24-48 hours in advance, WEB-CHECKIN is required.
5.Unless otherwise noted at the time of issuance, it is not possible to cancel or modify an airline ticket.
