Terms and Conditions

We strongly advise you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation with Bhubhraman, as they will serve as a contract between the party and Bhubhraman as of the time of the booking. On behalf of everyone in the group, the person making the reservation accepts these terms and is in charge of making any necessary payments. Upon purchasing any travel services from Bhubhraman, the client and Bhubhraman enter into a commercial agreement, and the client acknowledges and agrees to the Bhubhraman Terms & Conditions as stated below.

2.Booking Conditions

1.Bookings for any kind of trip should be made at least THREE working days in advance.

2.We strongly advise Clients to book tour packages well in advance, preferably a few weeks in advance. We advise clients to book group tours well in advance, ideally many months in advance.

3.Following confirmation of the booking with Bhubhraman, the client will get an email containing a pro-forma invoice and a confirmation of the booking.

4.Please be aware that all reservations need a 25% non-refundable down payment of the entire cost of the land package at the time of booking. If you make a reservation less than thirty days prior to your visit, full payment is needed.

5.If you would rather pay for your reservation using a bank transfer, please send an email to Info@bhubhraman.in at Bhubhraman with all the details of your reservation, including the arrival date, preferred lodging, guest names, tour details, mode of transportation, and deposit slip or confirmation.

6.After FULL payment has been received, the client will receive an email with the travel voucher. The itinerary, vouchers, and electronic tickets will be sent to the client via email. When the client visits the desired location, they will need to present these documents for all services, therefore please print them out.

7.An alternative will be provided if, for whatever reason, our travel adviser is unable to get confirmation (if lodging or a car rental are not available). The client may cancel and receive a return of the deposit if they choose not to accept the alternative.

8.When services are not available, Bhubhraman maintains the right to cancel reservations (e.g. when a car rental is not available, when accommodation is not available, etc.).

9.Only individuals who are at least eighteen years old are eligible to book services with Bhubhraman. The client must also agree to abide by this agreement and be an eligible individual with the necessary authorization, capacity, and right to transact business. When a client uses the Services on behalf of another company or organization, that company agrees to be bound by this Agreement, and the client represents and warrants that they have the legal right to bind the company to this Agreement.

10.By making a reservation, the client guarantees and attests to Bhubhraman that they will follow these terms.

3.Terms of Payment

1.Please be aware that 25% of the entire package fee must be paid in advance for all reservations. This payment is non-refundable. Full payment is needed if the reservation is made fewer than 30 days prior to the client's arrival date.

2.We take bank transfers and bank deposits as forms of payment. For our tour packages, we do not currently take credit cards.

3.If you would rather pay for your reservation via bank transfer, please get in touch with us and provide us with all the necessary details, including the reservation number, guest names, tour itinerary, chosen mode of transportation, lodging, arrival date, and a scanned copy of the deposit slip.

4.Unless otherwise noted, all prices listed on Bhubhraman are per person and are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). The currency for all payments is Indian Rupees.

5.Until a refund is issued, Bhubhraman is not liable for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may happen.

4.Validity of Prices

1.Every rate mentioned or displayed in our tariffs is based on the most recent prices.

2.Bhubhraman maintains the right, in the event of currency fluctuations, government levies, or other cost increases beyond Bhubhraman's control, to modify or amend previously stated pricing on the website without prior notification.

3.In the event that weather or other circumstances beyond Bhubhraman's control necessitate such changes, the company has the right to make last-minute changes to routes, itineraries, or departure timings.

4.Please be aware that in the event that a flight is changed, the traveler will be liable for any additional expenses incurred.

5.Prices are guaranteed against any increase beyond 5% of the package price, unless it results from changes in currency or government regulations after an invoice has been issued. If the surcharge goes above 5%, customers will be charged, and if it goes beyond 10%, they will be able to cancel their reservation and receive a refund.

5.Travelling with Children

1.It is crucial to remember that kid seats are not offered for transfers and that country-specific laws may differ if the client is traveling with small children (ages 2 to 11). For specifics, please refer to the given travel voucher.

2.Children are usually allowed to stay for free as long as they share the room's beds. When making a reservation, the client must let us know if they need a separate bed because there will be an additional fee.

6.Special Request

When making a reservation, please let us know in writing if you have any specific preferences. We are pleased to forward your specific demands to the hotel, airline, or other provider; however, we cannot ensure that they will be fulfilled. Nevertheless, if enough notice is given, we will try our best. Special requests are contingent on availability until otherwise verified.

7.Local Purchase

We do not assume liability for any goods the client may buy locally, including food, jewelry, souvenirs, and the like, and we cannot guarantee the value or quality of such goods. We advise the client to confirm if there will be additional costs for freight or import duty. Please be aware that we are unable to help with any expenses the client could have in this regard.

8.Cancellation Terms/Refunds

1.The Tour Package, All Land Arrangement Bookings, and 25% of the Total Package Cost are Non-Refundable after the booking is finalized and confirmed. For any unused travel, lodging, tours, or flights, there is no refund. Subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier (hotels, airlines, etc.), clients may be eligible for a refund in the event of natural disasters, force majeure, or required government cancellations.

2.If the client's travel package includes domestic or international airfare, cancellation of the airline tickets will be handled in accordance with the carrier's cancellation policy and tariff regulations. Only the airlines themselves are represented by Bhubhraman, and for whatever reason, the airline in question may cancel, reschedule, or postpone a flight without giving any reason's notice.

3.In any event, Bhubhraman will provide the support required to allay guest fears and ensure their well-being; however, the airline company will have the last say over any demands of this nature.

4.The visitor is responsible for covering any additional or incidental costs brought on by a delay, suspension, accidents, or local circumstances.

9.Force Majeure

We cannot be held accountable for any disruption to your vacation caused by unseasonal or unfavorable weather conditions, as global weather patterns are becoming increasingly irregular and unpredictable. Please be aware that Bhubhraman is not liable for any changes brought about by uncontrollable events, such as transportation-related technical or maintenance issues, adjustments made by airlines or main charter companies due to flight rescheduling or cancellations, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, inclement weather, terrorist activity and its effects, fire, unfavorable weather conditions, epidemics, and pandemics.

10. Liability

1.As an agent and intermediary for suppliers of goods and services (such as hotels, flights, ground transportation, tours, meals, cruises, travel insurance, etc.), Bhubhraman operates in good faith. Consequently, it is not responsible for any breach of contract or deliberate or negligent actions or omissions on the part of suppliers, which may cause the client and his traveling companions to suffer any loss, damage, delay, injury, illness, or accident during the course of using the indicated services.

2.Additionally, this agency will not be held liable for any losses, injuries, or damages that a traveler may suffer as a result of terrorist activities, labor or social unrest, technical issues, illnesses, local laws, weather-related delays, changes in plans brought on by weather-related delays, strikes, unusual circumstances, or any other irregularities, actions, omissions, or circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of the travel agent.

3.Travelers (CLIENT/CUSTOMER) freely incur all associated risks, whether anticipated or not, by starting this trip.

4.During the tour, the owner is responsible for any baggage.

5.Clients are responsible for paying the fees associated with using porters.

6.The content on the Bhubhraman website is subject to change at any time, and we maintain the right to make any corrections to any errors that may be found.

7.We retain the right to modify these general booking conditions at any time and without prior notice.Bhubhraman maintains the right to reject any customer.

8.All passengers must show consideration for the tour leader and the duration of the scheduled tour, including stopping for pictures, breaks, hiking, walking, or visiting interesting sites.

9.If a visitor exceeds the recommended time restriction set by the tour guide for each stop or venue, Bhubhraman will not be held liable for any delays. Please be aware that, if applicable, overtime costs may be charged.

10.Bhubhraman maintains the right to eject any passenger who disrupts other passengers or the tour guide/driver, or who in any other way endangers the safety and smooth operation of the trip.

11.Certain trips could involve risky physical activities like walking, hiking, kayaking, ATV (all-terrain vehicle) riding, rafting, and vehicle riding. Any accidents, injuries, or health problems resulting from any of these physical activities are not the responsibility of Bhubhraman. It is the responsibility of each and every one of our clients to assess the possible dangers before joining any of our tours that include physical exercise.

12.Before making a reservation, please promptly notify Bhubhraman of any health concerns the client may have.

13.It is the client's obligation to make sure they have the appropriate exit/reentry paperwork, as well as a valid passport and visa for the nation or countries they plan to visit. The same will be subject to confirmation because schedules, routes, programs, and (tour) costs may change. Tour services unused are not refundable. As stated in the trip agreement, the client will be responsible for payment whether or not they use the day tours. Since all confirmed reservations are already regarded as guaranteed reservations, they cannot be refunded. Customers agree to all of the foregoing and to transmit this agreement to their travel agent by keeping their tickets, reservations, tour/hotel vouchers, and other travel papers when they are issued.

11.Documentation

1.It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to obtain any travel and health documentation that may be required in order to meet the regulations of the countries you may wish to visit. You agree to compensate us for any fines, surcharges, or other financial penalties that may be imposed upon us as a result of our inability to obtain any such documents.

2.You need to make sure that the right medication, immunizations, or other precautions are taken and find out, if needed, from your doctor which special precautions are considered wise for the nation or place you plan to visit.

12.Conditions Of Carriage And Accommodations

Bhubhraman does not operate as a carrier or an accommodation provider. The terms of the carrier's assurance to supply that carriage apply to every travel (whether taken or not) that the client books by land, sea, or air. Several of these terms are covered by international agreements and may restrict or eliminate responsibility. The offices of the relevant carrier have copies of the appropriate agreements accessible for examination. The onward or return segments of any flight trip must be reconfirmed by the client with the carrier in question, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that carrier and any applicable restrictions. When a customer makes a reservation, the hotel's "house rules" govern whether or not the reservation is fulfilled.

13.Tour Guides

It is important for clients to understand that tour guides and facilitators are not their personal attendants. A tour guide (American) or tourist guide (European) leads guests in the language of their choice and offers support, information, and interpretation of cultural, historical, and modern heritage to individuals and groups on organized tours as well as to places of significant historical and religious interest, museums, and educational institutions. Customers shouldn't anticipate that their tour guides will individually attend to all of their needs as a result. It is the clients' obligation to carry their luggage. The tour guides will eat with the clients at the same table. Please let the tour leader know in advance if you would prefer not to sit next to them so that

14.Insurance

Please be aware that the cost of the tour does not include personal travel insurance, and that the customer is responsible for covering any associated medical expenses as well as other fees. Therefore, it is highly advised that participants purchase their own travel insurance, particularly for the more strenuous programs. All of our clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before leaving in order to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise and include medical costs incurred abroad, including repatriation, loss or damage to luggage, cancellation fees, and personal liability claims against you. In the event that you do not get such travel insurance before to your trip, you agree to assume full responsibility for yourself and every member of your party and to hold Bhubhraman International harmless.
